This is a clip from the show Master Class on the Oprah Winfrey Network. For current clients, you most likely know of my obsession, but for visitors, here's the thing: I love all things Oprah. I discuss things I've seen on Oprah, read and suggest Oprah books, and have had a million realizations and ideas sprout from my love of Oprah. 

What people might not know about me is that long before I loved Oprah, I loved Maya Angelou. Her Master Class episode is extraordinary and I'm overjoyed that so much of her lifelong wisdom was able to be packed into this show. Here is a very short clip about the idea that love liberates.
